From Main Menu, click Open underneath a show thumbnail. You will be directed to Opening Show Window. Click Make Executable File
Overview
To make an executable file from one of your show. Executable file is a nice way to deliver your show for presentation. You can even make presentation expired after several days of usage and require user to enter a license number/registration code. You can also customize the executable window with your detail, website address and company logo.
Making Executable file
To make executable files, follow the 2 simple steps.
1. Choosing target folder
Choose the target folder where the executable file will be created by clicking on Browse button
Type in the name of the file in File name text box
2. Start making the executable file
Choose whether you want your executable to play full screen.
Click OK to start making the executable file
Minimizing the executable file size
InAlbum provide a compression tool to minimize the executable file by compressing the show.
By default the exported show will be compressed for executable file according to default settings:
| • | Photo quality is set to high |
| • | Music file is compressed to medium quality |
To modify this settings, click Settings button at the top of the window.

Customizing executable window and adding registration detail
As discussed previously, you can customize your executable window with your detail, website address and company logo. To do this, click Settings button next to Registration / splash screen settings.
Splash screen
A splash screen is a window which will appear when your executable is executed. Below is one example of a splash screen.
Always show splash screen window
Uncheck this setting to show splash screen only when required, for example when asking user to enter registration code. Otherwise the splash screen will always show up every time the executable is executed.
Title
The title appear on the executable splash screen.
Company Name/Author
This will also appear on the executable splash screen.
Logo
Check to have a logo.
To select your own logo, click Browse button. Logo file can be any image format supported by InAlbum (JPG, GIF, PNG, TGA, BMP). The recommended logo size is 300x50 pixels.

Registration
A registration is a way to limit the usage of your executable. You can set your screen saver to expired in a few days and require user to enter a registration code to continue using it.
There are 3 possibilities you can choose:
| • | No registration required and never expires |
Your executable does not require user to enter a registration code and it will never expires.
| • | Need registration code to run |
User will be asked for a registration code before he can run your executable.
| • | Expired in ... days |
Your executable will expire in x days. When the time comes, a window will show up notifying user that his/her executable is expired.
If you want to allow user to enter a registration code to continue using your executable when it expires, check allow user to enter registration code to remove expiration.
