How do I get here?

From Main Menu, click Open button below the show thumbnail. You will be directed to Opening Show Window. Click Print Show.

 

Overview

This feature lets you print photos in your show. With InAlbum, you can print the photo with or without it's decoration, select variety of layout (contact sheet, 4x6, jumbo, full size, etc). Note that whenever you change the photo layout, paper size or select/deselect photo to be printed a preview will be build and during this time InAlbum window will flashes a little bit. It is suggested not to move/obstruct InAlbum window during this time.

Printing show

To print photos from show follow the steps below

 

1. Selecting photos to be printed

A photo thumbnail showing all photos in your show can be seen on the left side of the window.

Click on Print It check box underneath photo thumbnail to include that photo to the printing list.

 

To include all photos to printing list

Click on Print All button.

 

To exclude all photos from printing list

Click on Clear All button.

 

2. Selecting paper size

If you are printing to an A4 paper, you might not need to do this, but anyway it is better to check if your printer settings is selecting the right paper size.

Click Printer Settings button.

Under Paper size, select the right paper you want to use. Do not change the Orientation, leave it to Landscape.

 

3. Choosing photo layout

Choose the right layout by clicking on Layout list. Once you have selected a layout, a preview of the current page and photos to be printed on that page can be seen in the preview. To see the next page, click the < and > button. The number of pages will be printed is displayed at the top of the page preview.

 

4. Getting ready to print

Finally, decide whether you want to print photo with decoration or just the photo by checking the Print decoration check box. Then specify how many copy for each page you want to print by typing it in Copy text box.

 

When ready, click Print Now button.
