One of the major addition to InAlbum 3.0 is a text with customizable effect.
For each text object, you can select an entry and exit effect. Entry effect is an effect which is playing when the text starts showing while exit effect is an effect which is playing when the text starts dissapearing.
Note that the preview does not update itself automatically whenever there is changes. You need to press Update Preview to do so.

To set when the text to start appearing

Duration
To set an entry effect duration
Cascade Delay
To set an entry effect cascade delay. Cascade delay is a delay between each text character so that you can have the first character animates first and followed by the next, etc.
This option is only available when you select a text effect other than Fade
Speed
To set the entry effect speed.
This option is only available when you select a text effect other than Fade
More settings
To open up more advance settings dialog where you can customize the effect further by animating color, transparency, etc.
This option is only available when you select a text effect other than Fade

Show forever
When checked, the text will always showing until the end of slide.
Duration
To set how long the text should appear before it starts dissapearing.
This option is only available when you uncheck Show forever.
